Responsibilities

• Implement Pega rules and build low-level designs for complex applications.
• Execute integrations using SOAP and other standard protocols.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA to deliver Agile projects.
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Apply technical skills to meet enterprise architecture requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Pega development experience.
• 10+ years of total software development experience.
• Deep understanding of Pega Guardrails and best practices.
• Proficiency with XML, Java, and SQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to handle client interactions and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with SOAP integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise architecture alignment.
