Description

You will design, develop, and support Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and guardrails while leading small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional module development for 2-3 team members, guiding them on design specifications and best practices.
• Build application modules using Pega 8.X rules for workflow orchestration, applying security models and rule-based access controls.
• Troubleshoot exception and failure scenarios, performing performance tuning and optimizing database objects like tables, indexes, and joins.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align development progress and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience.
• Pega CSA and CSSA certifications (Pega 8.X preferred).
• Deep understanding of Pega guardrails, security models, and rule-based access.
• Experience with 2-3 full-cycle Pega application deployments and support.
• Ability to lead and mentor 2-3 developers on functional modules.
• Knowledge of database structures including tables, indexes, and joins.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
