Must Have Technical/Functional Skills · We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pega PRPC development, end-to-end application delivery, and proven experience working with Pega Constellation architecture. · · Key Responsibilities: · • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Pega applications aligned with business requirements. · • Lead application design discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. · • Implement solutions using Pega Constellation framework and best practices. · • Develop workflows, case management solutions, integrations, decisioning, and user interfaces. · • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. · • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize application performance. · • Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and application security requirements. · • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and release planning activities. · · Required Skills: · • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development. · • Strong experience with Pega Infinity and Constellation architecture. · • Expertise in case management, data modeling, integrations, and business process automation.
