Description

You will develop and deploy Pega PRPC solutions for the insurance claims domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build case management, workflows, and integrations using Pega PRPC.
• Apply decisioning rules and adhere to Pega architecture best practices.
• Manage the full lifecycle from design through development to deployment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for insurance claims processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Pega PRPC development experience.
• Domain expertise in Insurance, specifically Claims.
• Proficiency in Case Management, Workflows, and Integrations.
• Strong understanding of Pega Architecture.
• Active Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
• Active Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Ability to work across Design, Development, and Deployment phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex insurance policy administration systems.
