• Build and maintain Case Management workflows that automate business processes from start to finish.
• Develop Business Rules to automate business decisions without hardcoding logic.
• Create user interfaces using:

• Implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions to automate and optimize workflows.
• Configure:
  • Decision Rules
  • Data Models
  • Integrations with external systems
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Follow Pega guardrails and development best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable applications.
• Participate in:
  • Code Reviews
  • Unit Testing
  • Deployment activities
  • Production support (if required)
