Description

You will maintain and support legacy Pega applications and CTI-based infrastructure, acting as the primary internal support contact.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing legacy Pega applications.
• Manage infrastructure surrounding CTI components.
• Act as the in-house point person for support previously handled by vendors.
• Assist the Guided Personal Services team as required.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong background in Pega.
• Experience with Computer Telephone Integration (CTI).
• Back-end development experience.
• CISCO or Avaya infrastructure experience.
• SQL proficiency.
• Infrastructure support background.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce experience.
