Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Pega applications using Java and SQL.
• Implement rule management and BPM workflows to support business processes.
• Build and maintain application components and integrate Pega with external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Pega application development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL for application development and customization.
• Experience in rule management and BPM workflow development.
• Knowledge of integrating Pega applications with external systems and APIs.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and scalable solution design.
• Experience in release management, debugging, and application support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work in agile development environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
