Description

Design, develop, and implement Pega BPM applications to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega BPM applications based on stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions for efficient implementation.
• Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing phases.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs or enhancement requests.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience developing Pega applications.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Pega BPM and Pega Guardrails.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Practical knowledge of Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Pega Certification.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., M.Sc., B.Sc., or any Graduate degree.
