Mandatory Skills & Experience
We are looking for experienced PEGA Developers with strong hands-on development experience and mandatory healthcare domain exposure.
4+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
Healthcare domain experience – Mandatory
Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega 7.x
Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity Platform and Pega Cosmos
Experience delivering 3+ end-to-end BPM projects
CLSA certification preferred; minimum CSSA certification
Strong Pega integration experience
Good knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, Core Java, and OOP
Expertise in Pega UI rules, workflows, and case management
Experience with REST, SOAP, HTTP, OAuth, and MQ
Knowledge of Rule Resolution, Inheritance, Circumstancing, and Pega debugging tools

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support enterprise Pega applications and BPM solutions.
Implement workflows, case management, business rules, UI components, and integrations.
Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, unit testing, and defect resolution.
Work with databases, application servers, and enterprise integration technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
