Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for application development and systems analysis within the Pega ecosystem. You own technical projects from inception to completion and lead technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and program software applications using Pega frameworks.
• Manage and implement technical projects from inception to completion.
• Adjust development priorities quickly based on shifting project requirements.
• Lead technical initiatives and manage project workflows.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through written and verbal documentation.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in application development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in software application programming and system analysis.
• Proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application development.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Pega platforms.
• Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Pega Admin.
• Advanced Pega Developer capabilities.
