You will develop, maintain, and integrate application software while providing technical leadership for complex, enterprise-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into cross-functional application systems and custom integration solutions.
• Lead project planning sessions to analyze requirements and provide design recommendations for complex systems.
• Develop and integrate application software, including unit testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to application development teams.
• Manage production support, handling unresolved issues across multiple areas of expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Proficiency with Pega.
• Experience performing unit testing.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to write complex design specifications and develop reusable components.
• Experience with software development processes and object-oriented base class reuse.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
