Description

You will lead hands-on development and technical delivery within the Pega platform as a Lead System Architect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on development using Pega V7 or higher, including configuring connectors, services, data pages, declarative rules, agents, and security rules.
• Manage Pega UI implementation and reporting requirements.
• Handle incident management and utilize debugging tools to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams to meet project timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8 years specialized in Pega.
• 3+ years of experience as a certified Pega Lead System Architect.
• Extensive experience with Pega unit testing and declarative rules.
• Proven experience setting up CI/CD on Pega platforms.
• Working knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat or WebSphere.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL.
• Understanding of load balancers and related infrastructure components.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentation.
