Description

You will design, implement, and support Pega 7.x BPM workflows to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into functional Pega BPM solutions.
• Adhere to Pega COE development standards and perform regular code reviews.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with testing teams to resolve defects and address missed requirements.
• Mentor new team members and lead the creation of data entry forms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• Expertise in Pega 7.x BPM, Java, SOA, and WSDL.
• Proficiency with Web services, REST API, XML, and HTML/XHTML.
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and Oracle DB development.
• Technical knowledge of Jenkins and Jira.
• Understanding of BIX, object-oriented principles, and database design.
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
