Description

You will design and implement BPM solutions using the Pega platform, owning the technical delivery within Scrum and SmartBPM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define OOAD architecture for complex business processes.
• Implement integration services using Web Services, JMS, and MQ series.
• Develop and manage database logic through SQL programming.
• Provide technical leadership and project estimation for onshore/offshore delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Pega PRPC base product.
• Strong proficiency in OOAD architecture definition.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services and integration frameworks.
• Experience with SQL programming and database management.
• Knowledge of BPM implementation methodologies including SmartBPM and Scrum.
• Experience working in client-facing roles within onshore/offshore models.
• Ability to provide technical estimations and leadership.

Preferred Skills

• CSSA, CMBB, or CBA certifications.
• Knowledge of DSM mobile Framework.
• Experience with App-server configurations and deployment in complex environments.
