Description

Lead the technical implementation of decisioning logic and solution roadmaps using Pega systems. Manage the full software development life cycle for internal and external applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug applications within Pega and associated software languages.
• Lead and own the implementation of decisioning logic to drive business value.
• Coordinate with QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, and Project Management teams.
• Mentor and coach the Pega Program team and other employees.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub (version 8.5+).
• Proficiency with Next Best Action Designer and Pega Financial Frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience in software development life cycles including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
• Strong background in performance tuning and PRPC.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects using Pega CDH.
