Description

You will design, build, and maintain business processes and strategies using Pega 8.8 and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, rules, and the Action & Offer Management life cycle.
• Configure analytical models including Adaptive, Predictive, VBD, Alert Designer, Propensities, and Scoring/Modeling.
• Develop custom systems integration components and manage database and system integrations through Models, APIs, and Database Integration.
• Support APIc (Azure) integration, file storage, and secure file transfer technologies.
• Execute deployment and code-merge activities while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams using SAFe Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
• Proficiency in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
• Experience configuring Customer interaction history, Profiles, Journeys, identification, and matching.
• Knowledge of Azure integration.
• Experience working within SAFe Agile methodology.
• Ability to perform testing across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
