Description

You will develop, implement, and maintain Pega-based applications to optimize business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business applications using Pega BPM and CRM technologies.
• Configure Pega workflows, rules, case management, and user interfaces.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems via web services, databases, and other interfaces.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to resolve application defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and release notes.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Pega application development.
• Hands-on experience with the Pega PRPC (Pegas Rules Process Commander) platform.
• Proficiency with Pega case management and decision rules.
• Experience using Pega Designer Studio and Process Commander.
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) integration.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
• Experience with Pega CRM, Pega Decisioning modules, or Pega Cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for Pega applications.
