Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions from design through deployment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through the full development lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and adherence to coding standards.
• Design, develop, and integrate Pega modules, upgrades, and fixes while solving complex system integration problems.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical demos to ensure alignment with customer objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage application support and deployment processes across the end-to-end IT lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Pega Senior System Architect Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, and deployment.
• Proven experience in end-to-end solution delivery using Pega technology.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, releases, and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Robotics Automation.
