Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Pega BPM solutions for multiple concurrent projects, including version upgrades and new module development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega solutions independently from end to end.
• Apply best practices in Pega architecture, design, coding, and integration.
• Execute code reviews, peer reviews, and unit testing to ensure rule coverage.
• Manage the development lifecycle using tools like JIRA and ALM.
• Perform automation testing and resolve complex technical problems.

Required Skills

• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• 7+ years of experience in Pega BPM development.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, JMS, and JDBC integrations.
• Proficiency in PRPC, including class structure and ruleset design.
• Experience with JIRA and ALM for development lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to deliver quality work independently under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Financial Services industry.
