Description

You will design and develop scalable BPM solutions using Pega PRPC (v7.x/v8.x).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable BPM solutions using Pega PRPC.
• Build flexible case tracking workflows for standard and exception scenarios.
• Implement secure data handling, version control, and automated task management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver MVP functionality in Agile sprints.
• Develop role-based access controls and document management integrations such as Documentum.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Expertise in case management, flows, rules, activities, and data pages.
• Experience with internal database design and System of Record (SOR) strategies.
• Familiarity with document management systems and external storage integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and MVP delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or CLSA.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management workflows.
• Exposure to BI tools, reporting frameworks, and DevOps practices.
