Description

You will design, build, and maintain Pega-based workflow solutions for healthcare management systems. You own the full lifecycle from defining case types and business rules to implementing decisioning logic and front-end interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Pega applications, focusing on case types, business rules, and decisioning frameworks.
• Build and maintain workflows tailored to healthcare management requirements.
• Implement front-end and back-end features using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Ensure solutions meet certification standards and adhere to established coding practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform.
• Mastery of core programming languages: Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with both front-end and back-end development.
• CLSA Part II Pega Certification (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of workflow creation and business rule implementation.
• Ability to tailor solutions for healthcare management contexts.
