You will design, develop, and maintain automation flows using the Pega platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build Pega automation flows for STP using multiple design techniques.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software using the Pega toolset.
• Implement and upgrade Pega coding solutions and rules processes.
• Collaborate within agile teams to achieve project goals through business analysis and software improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x or above.
• Proficiency with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
• Experience with Smart Investigate framework.
• Practical knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose or modern programming languages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL databases.
• Background in wholesale payments domain flow automation.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development.
