Description

You will provide hands-on application support for enterprise Pega systems, ensuring stability and performance across cloud-hosted environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise applications using Pega PDC and resolve production incidents.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues using Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Manage cloud-hosted applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
• Track incidents and document resolutions using Jira and Confluence.
• Apply ITIL practices to maintain production support processes and service levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega Application Support.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Pega PDC for application monitoring and support.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for incident management.
• Familiarity with ITIL production support practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of tenure in previous relevant roles.
