Description

You will develop and maintain Pega applications by integrating them with external APIs, web services, and legacy data sources.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Pega applications with external APIs, web services, and legacy data sources.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with users to define use cases.
• Design migrated class structures, data models, and service rule maintenance settings.
• Resolve incidents through analysis, debugging, and defect fixing following QA testing.
• Implement end-to-end flow modulations for Medicare, SHP, and Medicaid using FileNet integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Extensive use of CSHC Framework (CPM Framework) V7.1.4.
• Experience with FileNet integration and claims process workflows.
• Ability to design dropdown logic and SLA logic.
• Proficiency in JIRA for task management in agile environments.
• Knowledge of Medicare and SHP systems.
• Experience with provider search and member search service implementation.
• Ability to contribute to technical designs, data flows, and data schemas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience.
