Pega Developer

You will develop and maintain applications using Pega 8.1 or higher within an Agile Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and test applications while ensuring design solutions align with Pega Out-of-the-Box capabilities.
• Translate business needs from product owners into technical solutions that drive value.
• Perform peer reviews, regular code reviews, and conduct root-cause analysis using PDC and AES.
• Modify existing databases and write logical and physical database descriptions.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
• Provide occasional production support and resolve technical obstacles.

Required Skills

• PEGA CSSA or similar Pega certification.
• 5+ years of experience with Pega 8.1 or higher and Pega Frameworks.
• Experience in a Healthcare setting using Healthcare Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, OOP/OOAD, XML, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
• Working knowledge of web services, APIs, and stored procedures.
• Experience with CRM systems and configuring SSO/IAC applications.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard UI/UX principles.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other BPM (Business Process Model) tools.
• Knowledge of additional Performance Analysis tools.
