Description

You will develop and maintain Pega applications in an Agile Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and test Pega 8.1+ applications, ensuring alignment with Out-of-the-Box capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.
• Conduct peer and code reviews, and perform root-cause analysis using PDC and AES.
• Modify databases and define logical/physical data structures.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• Pega CSSA or similar certification.
• 5+ years of experience with Pega 8.1+ and Pega Frameworks.
• Experience in Healthcare settings using Healthcare Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, OOP/OOAD, XML, and HTML.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
• Working knowledge of web services, APIs, and stored procedures.
• Experience with CRM systems and configuring SSO/IAC applications.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard UI/UX principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other BPM (Business Process Model) tools.
• Knowledge of additional Performance Analysis tools.
