Lead end to end delivery of Pega projects including analysis design development testing and deployment Take part in user story refinement and contribute to solution design discussions Implement Pega applications focusing on scalability maintainability and performance Create or modify unit tests to validate new functionalities Participate in manual and automated testing activities to ensure application quality Mentor junior Pega developers and provide technical guidance Collaborate with cross functional teams including operations engineers business specialists and other developers Proactively monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using logs and debugging tools Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback Support incident resolution and problem management activities Advocate for automation in deployment testing and monitoring processes to improve delivery efficiency
