Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, covering analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement Pega applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Create or modify unit tests and participate in manual and automated testing to ensure application quality.
• Mentor junior Pega developers and provide technical guidance on solution design.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues using logs and debugging tools, and support incident resolution.
• Advocate for automation in deployment, testing, and monitoring to improve delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Strong proficiency in Pega SSA.
• Experience leading end-to-end project delivery including analysis and design.
• Ability to implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
• Skilled in creating unit tests and participating in automated testing activities.
• Experience mentoring developers and providing constructive peer feedback.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using logs and debugging tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations and business specialists.
• Background in problem management and proactive application health monitoring.
