You will design, develop, and implement Pega solutions with a focus on integration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Pega applications, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs and Kafka.
• Implement decisioning rules and automation workflows within the Pega platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and design.
• Strong proficiency in Pega application development and implementation.
• Experience integrating Pega with external systems via REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven integrations.
• Solid understanding of Pega decisioning and automation capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Pega Lead Solutions Architect (LSA).
• Familiarity with Pega Cloud deployment and management.
