You will lead the design and implementation of complex Pega-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced Pega applications and architectures.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Kafka.
  • Apply Pega decisioning and automation capabilities to business processes.
  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Pega development projects.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Pega.
  • Deep expertise in Pega development, design, and implementation.
  • Proven experience with REST APIs and Kafka integrations.
  • Strong background in Pega architecture.
  • Experience implementing Pega automation and decisioning logic.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Cloud.
