Description

Design and implement full lifecycle Pega solutions to support enterprise-wide processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle Pega implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Build reusable components to be leveraged across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production defects and issues.
• Perform regular code and design reviews to ensure quality.
• Monitor Grafana for Kafka topics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Pega, specifically with Pega 8 knowledge.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with Pega connectors, decision trees, listeners, UI design, and security models.
• Proficiency in performance tuning using PAL, SMA, Alerts, and PLA.
• 5+ years of experience with Pega Direct Capture of Objectives and PRPC Use Case Development.
• 5+ years of experience converting business requirements into process flows.
• Experience with PRPC version 7.1.x or Pega 8.x.
• Java development experience.
• Experience with Pega Robotics.
• Knowledge of Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years total working experience in relevant technologies.
