Description

You will design and implement enterprise-level Pega solutions through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle Pega implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Convert business requirements into functional process flows and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Perform regular code and design reviews to ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Pega development, including Pega 7 and Pega 8.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Proficiency with Pega connectors, integration, and security models.
• Hands-on experience with UI design, decision trees, and listeners.
• Knowledge of performance measurement tools including PAL, SMA, Alerts, and PLA.
• 5+ years of experience with Pega Direct Capture of Objectives and PRPC Use Case Development.
• Java development experience.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Robotics.
• Experience with PRPC version 7.1.x.
