Description

You will serve as a key technical contributor for Pega-based development initiatives and implementation architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and test software applications to support business units.
• Own Pega Case Management, workflow, and integration design.
• Drive the design and development of components while managing data migration and security.
• Collaborate with technical partners to architect and communicate software solutions.
• Coordinate software application delivery within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) status.
• 7+ years of experience in Pega Application design, Case Management, and Data Model design.
• Experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or greater.
• 3+ years of object-oriented programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Integration, background processing, and deployment.
• Proven expertise in data migration and data analysis.
• Experience working in Agile development cycles.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and user experience design.

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain experience, specifically in compliance and risk.
• Experience with framework implementation.
