Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Pega-based software applications to support business units.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega workflows, case management, and integration components.
• Drive the design and development of technical components and problem-solving solutions.
• Collaborate with technical partners to coordinate software delivery and implement solutions.
• Debug, test, and support software applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate technical designs and updates clearly in written and verbal discussions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, and Data Migration.
• Expertise in Pega Implementation Architecture and Pega Case Management/Workflow.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Integration and background processing.
• Experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or greater.
• 3 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Proficiency in SQL and C++.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of security, performance, and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Pega experience within the banking domain, specifically in compliance and risk.
• Prior framework implementation experience and strong data analysis skills.
