Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Pega BPM solutions within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop key product features and software solutions for large-scale enterprise applications and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including QA and Business Analysts, in a Scrum team.
• Participate in architectural and database design discussions to influence product direction.
• Create design specifications, documentation, and unit testing plans.
• Maintain and support software solutions post-production, covering both front-end and backend components.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with custom application software development using Pega BPM and Java.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in software development or technical engineering.
• Proficiency in Java J2EE, .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
• Experience with SQL and database design.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or LSA).
• Knowledge of PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC) methodology, including BIX Reporting, Business Rules Engine, DCO, and SSO Integration.
• Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards like HL7.
