Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions, overseeing the full lifecycle from design to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega applications following established best practices.
• Develop and manage complex integrations using REST APIs and Kafka.
• Apply Pega decisioning and automation principles to business workflows.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from design through implementation.
• Ensure system architecture aligns with Pega Cloud environment standards.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Pega development and design.
• Deep expertise in Pega implementation and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and managing REST APIs.
• Experience integrating with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of Pega decisioning and automation capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• Experience working within Pega Cloud environments.
