Good to Have Skills: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification, PEGA UI development (Pega Cosmos, UI-Kit), JSON, XML, Scrum, Kanban, PEGA's DCO (Direct Capture of Objectives) approach, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and configure applications using PEGA's low-code/no-code capabilities, including flows, UI sections, harnesses, activities, data models, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them within the PEGA platform effectively.
- Develop and implement reusable components, frameworks, and enterprise-specific solutions for optimal performance.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to understand and refine complex business processes.
- Model and implement complex business rules, service level agreements, and routing logic for workflow optimization.
- Integrate PEGA applications with other internal and external systems using various integration technologies.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Analyze and optimize PEGA application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable improvements.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and comprehensive deployment guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and other developers effectively.
- Mentor junior PEGA developers and actively share knowledge within the development team.
Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in PEGA application development with strong proficiency in PEGA Platform versions 8.x and hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC core features
