Description
You will design and develop applications using the Pega platform while managing production support and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Develop Pega applications using flow actions, harnesses, activities, decision tables, and declarative rules.
- Implement REST integrations using RULE-Connect/Service-REST and manage XML and OIDC-based SSO.
- Manage production incidents and provide technical support to enhance customer experience.
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks using JIRA and ServiceNow for task and incident management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Pega PRPC architecture and development experience.
- Pega CSA and CSSA certifications.
- Proficiency with RDBMS including PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and Tekton.
- Hands-on experience with REST, XML, and OIDC.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, GCP Logs, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Experience with Pega PDM tools.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
