Description

You will design and develop applications using the Pega platform while managing production support and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pega applications using flow actions, harnesses, activities, decision tables, and declarative rules.
• Implement REST integrations using RULE-Connect/Service-REST and manage XML and OIDC-based SSO.
• Manage production incidents and provide technical support to enhance customer experience.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks using JIRA and ServiceNow for task and incident management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Pega PRPC architecture and development experience.
• Pega CSA and CSSA certifications.
• Proficiency with RDBMS including PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and Tekton.
• Hands-on experience with REST, XML, and OIDC.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, GCP Logs, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Experience with Pega PDM tools.
