You will own the technical delivery and operational stability of the Pega platform.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-stakes production issues and provide dedicated on-call weekend support to ensure business continuity.
• Serve as the primary contact for data integrity, leading large-scale optimizations such as deleting millions of records.
• Own the monthly Pega release cycle, managing activities from QA testing through final deployment.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools, like GitHub Copilot, to author complex SQL queries, accelerating issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Release Cycle management.
• Experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents.
• Experience executing large-scale data maintenance operations.
