Description

You will design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extend out-of-the-box functionality through custom rules, activities, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems, databases, web services, and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into Pega terminology and map functional requirements to Pega features.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting using the clipboard tool to ensure application stability.
• Lead development teams in delivering enterprise solutions and optimize code through detailed design reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• At least 4 years in a Pega SSA role.
• Proficiency in Pega versions 8.x and advanced knowledge of PRPC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC components including Process Flows, UI harness sections, Connectors, Decision Tables, and Decision Trees.
• Expertise in Pega rules such as Agents, Job Schedulers, Queue Processors, Activities, Data Pages, Data Transforms, and Reporting.
• Proven experience implementing at least 2 complex projects with Pega.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with both Pega and non-Pega applications.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM).
• Practical experience with Agile SDLC and iterative development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to scope, plan, and deliver projects across multiple release cycles.
