You will own Pega system stability, release cycles, and critical production support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-stakes production issues and provide dedicated on-call weekend support.
• Lead large-scale data integrity optimizations, such as deleting millions of records to prevent system shutdowns.
• Own the monthly Pega release cycle, managing testing with QA through final deployment.
• Accelerate issue resolution by using AI-assisted tools to write complex SQL queries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Familiarity with Github Copilot for code generation.
• Experience managing full application release cycles.
• Proven ability to handle and resolve critical production incidents.
