Description

You will build and maintain enterprise applications on the Pega platform, focusing on REST integrations, workflow automation, and deployment processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise applications using Pega 7.x and 8.x, adhering to best practices.
• Design and build REST-based integrations with external systems and handle integration exceptions.
• Support deployment activities and release management across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflow and business process solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization for existing applications.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of overall IT experience with at least 70% in Pega development and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Pega 7.x and Pega 8.x platforms.
• Strong experience building and deploying Pega applications in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to design REST integrations and manage integration exception handling.
• Understanding of Pega deployment processes and release management.
• Experience with Workflow Automation and BPM roles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile environments with excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of coding standards and design principles.
