Description

You will build and maintain applications using the Pega platform to meet client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into functional application features and specifications.
• Work with business process owners and SMEs to assess capabilities and identify user requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and incident management for existing applications.
• Evaluate and reprogram applications to update or add new features.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to define performance goals and transition use cases.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Proficiency with the Pega PRPC BPM platform.
• Experience in application debugging and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work through the complete SDLC lifecycle.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or LSA.
• Experience executing project releases on the Pega PRPC BPM platform.
• Background in large-scale BPM engagements and technical architecture.
