Description

You will design, develop, and implement Pega PRPC and BPM applications, managing case management and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using Pega PRPC/BPM, focusing on case management and decisioning.
• Translate business requirements into Pega solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC or Pega BPM.
• Expertise in case management, decisioning, and the Pega rules engine.
• Solid understanding of Pega application design and development.
• Experience integrating applications via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Proficiency in Pega Solutions.
• Possession of Pega Certification (CSA, CSSA, or LSA).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate accepted).
• 3+ years tenure in previous Pega roles.
