Description

Design and develop Pega 8.x solutions for the financial services domain, focusing on payments and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows, UI, business rules, routing, and security using Pega Dev Studio.
• Implement automation and straight-through processing using Pega AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP capabilities.
• Develop integration layers using REST, SOAP, and Message Queues.
• Lead technical teams, conduct code and design reviews, and provide project estimates.
• Evaluate implementation roadmaps by presenting multiple design options with associated trade-offs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Pega 8.x design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Dev Studio for workflow and integration.
• Experience with Smart Investigate or financial services frameworks.
• Knowledge of Pega AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP capabilities.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP integration protocols.
• Understanding of Pega application deployment, DevOps, and ecosystem integration.
• Domain expertise in Payments and Payment investigations.
• Ability to manage project timelines and support Scrum workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Functional depth in ISO 20022 MX and MT messaging.
• Experience with cloud architecture and performance troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of process improvement and optimization.
