Description

You will design and deliver Pega 8.x solutions for financial services, owning the full lifecycle from workflow and UI development to integration and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows, UI components, business rules, routing logic, and security models using Pega Dev Studio.
• Integrate Pega applications with Message Queues and REST/SOAP services.
• Evaluate design options and present implementation roadmaps with clear technical trade-offs.
• Lead technical teams by performing code and design reviews while managing project timelines and estimates.
• Implement automation and straight-through processing using AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega development with hands-on expertise in Pega 8.x and Dev Studio.
• Experience with Pega AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP for automation.
• Knowledge of Pega application deployment, DevOps, and ecosystem integration.
• Practical experience with Message Queues and REST/SOAP calls.
• Domain expertise in Payments, Payment investigations, or Financial Services.
• Experience with Smart Investigate or financial services frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of leading technical teams through code and design reviews.
• Ability to manage project timelines and provide accurate technical estimates.
