Description

You will lead Pega development initiatives and manage the full software application lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and test software applications to support business units.
• Own Pega workflow, case management, and integration implementations.
• Collaborate with technical partners to design and communicate software solutions.
• Drive the design and development of components through effective technical discussions.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of software applications within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, and Data Migration.
• CSSA or LSA certification required.
• Expertise in Pega Implementation Architecture, Case Management, Workflow, and Integration.
• Experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or greater.
• 3 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with user experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment, and testing.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong background in data migration and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain experience, specifically in compliance and risk.
• Prior framework implementation experience and strong data analysis skills.
• Degree in Computer Science.
