Description
You will develop and implement dispute resolution workflows using Pega Smart Dispute.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Pega Smart Dispute components, including STP flows, fraud workflows, and guided processing screens.
- Implement business rules and decisioning logic within Pega applications.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Reg E, Reg Z, Section 75, C-86) and provide production support.
Required Skills
- Pega CSSA certification (mandatory).
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of the Pega Smart Dispute framework.
- Experience with Pega 8.x versions.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and external APIs.
- Knowledge of financial dispute workflows and compliance SLAs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AWS.
- Experience with Pega RPA and low-code automation.
