Description

You will implement and manage decisioning strategies within the Pega Customer Decision Hub ecosystem. You own the technical design, coding, and debugging of applications using Pega and associated software languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions using the PegaRULES engine and Pega Financial Framework.
• Develop decision strategies using Proposition Management, Predictive Analytics, and Interaction History.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality to ensure system stability.
• Implement REST services and data flows for decisioning strategies.
• Debug and optimize applications built on Pega version 8.5 or above.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
• Expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega architecture and design.
• Experience with Pega version 8.5 or above.
• Proficiency with NBA, Models, Campaigns, and Data flow.
• Working knowledge of REST services and decisioning strategies.
• Experience with the Pega Financial Framework.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
